I would give 6 stars if I could. This is hands down the best roofing company I’ve ever worked with. As someone who owns multiple rental properties, I’ve dealt with several roofing companies over the twenty years—and MJ truly stands out. MJ replaced the roofs on three of my houses. Initially, only one property was approved by insurance for 100% coverage. Another was approved for 60%, and the third was denied twice over two years. MJ didn’t give up. He worked closely with a public adjuster, and in the end, the insurance company paid 100% for the other two houses as well. If you’re worried about high out-of-pocket costs, don’t be. MJ finds solutions and genuinely looks out for his customers. The process was quick and efficient—materials were delivered on time, and the new roofs were complet
