She knew I was easily overwhelmed with the thousands of colors of flooring, tile, etc. Once she had an idea of what we liked she brought us 4 or 5 samples & we found our favorites & we love our choices! She was honest & such a joy to work with! Carl is the project manager & we dealt directly with him. I’m a perfectionist & I’m sure there were days that he rolled his eyes but was always respectful & prompt to get back to us. It was important to him that we were happy with the end result.
