Golden State Fencing Academy helps students of all ages and abilities. We have only great experiences and love the coaches and atmosphere. It’s excellent place to grow and learn. And also great higher education placements where other former classmates are in attendance, and meet up at tournaments! In our experience it’s perfect to grow and learn fencing sport and to get ready for college years! Don’t pass it up!

Golden State Fencing Academy has been an incredible experience for our daughter. The coaches are not only highly skilled and experienced, but they also have a unique ability to truly connect with the kids. They know how to bring out the best in each student--- balancing discipline with encouragement, and technical instruction with genuine care. This creates an environment where young athletes feel motivated, confident, and excited to learn. The training is excellent, combining strong fundamentals with opportunities for growth at every level. Beyond the fencing itself, the community at GSFA is welcoming and supportive, making the club feel like a second home . We are so grateful for the positive impact it has had on our daughter, both on and off the strip.

GSFA has been a wonderful club for our daughters, and they always look forward to every practice. Our coaches Alex, Nadiya, Anton, and Akhmad are not only passionate about fencing but also genuinely care for each fencer as an individual. They take the time to recognize each child’s unique strengths and guide them in growing into the best version of themselves. We are truly grateful for the positive, supportive community—it makes all the difference in a sport that can often feel highly competitive.

The coaches are outstanding, with excellent coach-to-student ratios that ensure each fencer gets plenty of attention.
