Hit my car. Too many times now. I was very patient and didnt want to say anything because I was here for so long. I dont understand why dude? Its not just this side of the front bumper either.

I was very pleased with the service I received. If you are looking for a parking space around here, I can say that you can park your car here without hesitation. It is very reliable.

The price was good but this is in a very very sketchy part of town. There was poo on the ground outside of this place. Not worth the good price - it was scary the people lingering around the garage. Didn’t feel safe. Also super tight exit and entrance - worried about scratching cars.

Didn't honor parking reservation and treated me extremely rudely. I paid these people $20 to reserve a spot through Spot Hero. When I got there, the attendant had no idea what I was talking about. I tried to park in hopes that I could find another attendant who would honor my reservation so I didn't get towed. I did find another attendant who pretended he couldn't speak English. When I started walking out of the garage, the attendant suddenly remembered how to speak English well enough to threaten me if I didn't move my car. He also had no idea what I was talking about with regard to the reservation and he insinuated that I was stupid for even being there, when he was the one who apparently doesn't know how his business operates. He reiterated that I had to move my car and if I had a probl
