I had my 20 year old roof replaced last month. I obtained multiple estimates for the project and Golden Touch landed in the middle. I went with Golden Touch as Yan was clearly the most earnest and engaging of the bunch; he also seemed the most trustworthy. I went with my gut feeling and was very happy with the results. He was hands on, walked me through the project and gave me different options. He came every day, updated me with texts and photos, and completed the job on schedule to my satisfaction including completion of the warranty. His crew did a reasonable job of cleaning up and Yan did come with a magnet to check for nails on my gravel driveway on several occasions. Yan and his team did a fantastic job replacing my Spanish tile roof. It was done in both a timely manner and for a very competitive price. He was great at communicating last minute issues with action-oriented solutions to handle them head on, including inclement weather, tedious historical district permitting, and adding the garage’s roof to the work as well. He also collaborated great with other contractors who were on site working on overlapping projects. We recently hired Golden Touch Roofing (Owner - Yaniv) for a roofing project and had a largely positive experience, primarily due to the quality of his work and his reasonable pricing. Yaniv and his crew were prompt and responsive to our needs throughout the project. He and his team did an adequate job of cleaning up after each day, though I felt it could have been a bit more thorough. There was a delay in getting the tile due to a manufacturer stocking issue (the reason for a4 star rating instead of 5). We would suggest ensuring all roofing materials are in stock and/or delivered to the job site before removing the old roof to prevent project interruptions and anxiety.
