Jason was fantastic. He took the time to carefully diagnose what was, at first glance, a simple fix on our boiler. After investigating thoroughly, he uncovered a mistake made during installation and got it fixed the next day. He showed that he really cared and was very professional. Great experience.

She answered on a Saturday, was very polite, professional, and friendly, and communicated everything clearly. She kept her promises, followed up by phone and text, and arranged a same-day emergency appointment without any extra charges — which I really appreciated. Chris, the technician, was also fantastic. He arrived on time (even earlier than expected), explained everything about my furnace in a way I could easily understand, and patiently answered all of my questions. Carlos was wonderful. Scheduling was easy and I was surprised they could get someone out to my house on a cold weekend when I knew they were busy. Not only did he diagnose the problem promptly but we had a solution within an hour and restored heat by dinner time. He treated our home like his now. He was on task, tidy and friendly. Very professional and trustworthy. We won’t use anyone else!

Everyone at Golden West is great, including the office staff. Josh who was the lead Tech is processional and knowledgeable, the same applies for Riley their electrician. These guys go above and beyond to repair and diagnose any problems. They are my go to company for any plumbing, heating and air-conditioning services.
