Joe was very courteous on the phone and scheduled the repair appointment for my washing machine first thing in the morning the day after Thanksgiving. He was on time, very friendly and polite, and professional. The rates were reasonable and he had my washing machine fixed in under an hour, I was so happy to have it working again! I highly recommend Goldstream Appliance Repair if you have a breakdown of your appliances -I will definitely use this business again!

Great experience. Very punctual, which was a great start. We had a dishwasher that wouldn’t drain. Diagnosed the problem, got the parts for us and kept us in the loop for pricing/shipping options, and once the pump was here, installed, tested, cleaned up and took care of it all. On a side note, there was a mysterious issue where the water wouldn’t stop filling, which had Joe perplexed. He tried various options, never getting frustrated but more so like an enthusiastic kid trying to solve a puzzle. He left as it was getting late, saying he was going to research this. Later that night I found a part that I had taken out when I initially tried to take care of it myself. Well, that missing part was the problem. Joe put it in the next day, and voila! Good as new! (My bad...) Highly recomme
