Our renovation touched every room including 2 baths and the removal of a wall. We didn’t stay in the house during reno but had weekly progress reports and pictures from our Project Manager, Chris B. Chris was excellent and although he has been doing his job for years, he has never lost sight that a renovation is a big, stressful and expensive deal for the client. The trades that they use are very good, but the tile installers and kitchen cabinet teams are master craftsmen. Tile cuts, spacing and layout are exceptional. The kitchen installers embraced our project and went beyond the basic plan and added detail and finish moldings that took extra time and effort. The results rival the appearance of fully custom kitchens in homes double our price point. Our only criticism would be that

Over the past 25 years, I have gone through 15 different renovations in 3 different states (California, Tennessee, and Florida). I can say without a doubt Gomez Contractors are the best by far and it is not even close. I truly cannot articulate how happy my wife and I were with both of our projects with Gomez Contractors. Matias was our main point of contact, and he is nothing short of amazing. They do amazing quality work, on time, under budget, and with a such a sense of pride in their work. We hired Gomez Contractors for our downstairs renovations and they did a fantastic job! They were great with helping us design exactly what we wanted and delivering it in a timely fashion. Huge shout out to our project manager Chris Buitron who kept things moving ahead of schedule, always kept us in the loop of what was planned, and listened and fixed all of our concerns and change requests. He was great. We had heard horror stories from friends and family of contractors who take a down payment and disappear, but this company is nothing like that. Hands down, one of the best decisions we made in regards to home renovation was to hire Gomez Contractors. One of our initial concerns in taking on a renovation project was making sure we stayed within our budget while getting a quality result. Simon’s team definitely delivered!
