I would have been dealing with Gonzalez appliances for 20 years now I am never disappointed in their services. I have bought refrigerators stoves for my apartments they have lasted for years these guys are awesome. Family owned and operated great family

The people in the store seem nice enough and helpful. The lady was running the show having all the men hop and Skip and jump when she said hop skip and jump. The lovely Latina women are going to run the whole city soon just a matter of time tick tock tick tock. Good service friendly people

I meant to put 0 stars, but you have to give one star to leave a review. SCAMMERS!!! They charged my 67 year old sister in law $300 to tell her to unplug her freezer so it can reset, but not before stalling for a week.

Had an appointment with Mr. Gonzalez and was called and told he was not able to make it. The gentleman that called said he would be coming out with Mrs. Gonzalez. They came out and within 20 minutes, Mrs Gonzalez had diagnosed the problem and fixed it for only a modest service call. Awesome work! Thank you.

Called the place,, very unprofessional hollering at help while on the phone with me. They said they would arrive at 2pm 1 hour later I called they said 20 minutes they have no sense of time, they were at house almost 2 hrs later. Lady gets to my house and tells me the way I'm loading the washer is the problem 🙄 she took 35 dollar for a call to tell me that? I have a problem with the machine the job was to find out why my washer doesn't complete rinse cycle. OMG. My brother got me a professionally today Nd now I know what is wrong with machine.
