Good Boy Pool Services

We started using Good Boy Pools for maintaining our backyard pool over 6 months ago and could not be happier. Our technician, Ryan, is fantastic. His knowledge of pool water chemistry is amazing and he is so easy to work with. They always show up each week and are very flexible if we need to alter the schedule. We highly recommend Good Boy Pools!

I’ve been using Good Boy Pools for a couple of years now & couldn’t be happier with their service. Both techs I’ve worked with - Damon before and now John - have been reliable & thorough. When issues have come up, the owner Ash & his team were quick to step in & resolve them. Communication has always been excellent; voicemails & texts are answered promptly. The pricing is fair for the quality of care, & my pool & spa are consistently well-maintained. Warranty work was handled seamlessly without me needing to lift a finger. If you’re looking for outstanding customer service & top-notch pool care, Good Boy Pools is the way to go.

So glad I hired Good Boy (love the name!) to service my pool. I have used several other companies in the past that were unprofessional and continued to over charge me. John has been my technician and is reliable and does a very thorough job. Both him and Ash have provided me with excellent customer service and I couldn’t be more delighted with this company.

We’ve had the unfortunate luck of using multiple pool cleaning companies- with poor service and results (not showing up, not doing everything detailed in contract, not cleaning the pool to an acceptable standard). That has not been our experience with Good Boy. They have been fantastic! My only regret is that I didn’t fire the last company sooner and find them. They are professional- come every week on the same day, know exactly how to address problems when they arise, and our pool has been crystal clear since they fixed the mess that the last company left us with. Charles has been with us from the beginning- he’s knowledgeable, friendly, and got everything squared away looking great. Our neighborhood has been with Good boy Pool services for two years now and truly are the only service I see my HOA dues go to. John has been our pool tech and he his out there early morning, rain or shine I have never been disappointed in a visit to the pool house thanks to him and Good boy :)
