I called Tekhne in a bind as my AirBnB guests told me that my A/C was not working. This is a significant concern as a host who strives for a 5-star experience for my guests, and I needed to get this taken care of ASAP. I called on Saturday afternoon around 1 PM. I spoke to Jeff, who let me know he could be at my rental to take a look within the hour. Jeff arrived at my place on time and diagnosed my issue quickly.
