Good Guys Garage Doors

We have completed our garage door project with The Good Guys Garage Doors company. It has been a pleasure to work with Chris Dollar and the rest of the staff. They were professional, friendly and helpful with my HOA requirements. The communication and follow up with our project was excellent. JW

I decided to go with Good Guys Garage because of their stellar reviews on Yelp/Google. I met with Chris for the initial estimate. He was an honest, down-to-earth guy that took the time to help me choose the right door. Their price is pretty competitive, especially for a high quality brand like Amarr. During installation, the installers were good but not great. While they did a decent install, it didn't feel like a quality job. I think there is room for improvement here. About a month later, I called Good Guys for a maintenance follow-up. This time, Chris came out to service my garage door. He did a SUPERB job and even went above and beyond to make sure I was truly happy with my door. Reached out when my garage belt thing snapped and they were here within the hour and it was fixed within 2 hours of being broken. So responsive and easy to work with. Chris had amazing options for me and wasn’t pushy about any of it. I have their number for anything should I need help in the future and they’ll be my #1 go to from now on.

JT diagnosed our two-car garage door’s problems, gave three options to deal with them (essentials only to fully handled) with what seemed to me fair costs. I had a fantastic experience with Good Guys Garage Doors. I had one of my torsion springs snap in half and they came out promptly and installed two new springs. Their prices were reasonable and their service comes with a warranty. When it is time to service or fully replace my garage door, I will certainly be turning to Good Guys.
