I am very pleased with my patio. My paver patio was sinking and had poor drainage. Steve removed all pavers, inserted a new downspout/drain pipe, re-leveled to improve drainage, reinstalled all the pavers, and power washed everything. Steve was very easy to work with. His work was very neat and he cleaned up the site every day. He was able to replace the downspout that ran under the patio with a larger one. He removed all the pavers and stacked them neatly while he prepared the base. It looks like new. I would recommend him for other jobs.

Steve was excellent with communication, price, flexibility, and getting the job done well. I had them do a patio but asked them to do some trenching too while they had the space dug up so I could run some plumbing underneath. They were patient with me as I figured out how I wanted to do it, took my time getting it done in between their prep steps, etc. Once or twice I caused them a bit more work and they took it in stride. Additionally, they unearthed my sump pump drain pipe and pointed out that its level would be a little too high. When I said I wouldn't worry about it because I didn't want to take on a relocation project, Steve volunteered to do some PVC work and adjust it at no extra cost. Lastly, they were thorough and made sure to grade away from the edge of the patio with some topsoi

We had portions of concrete sidewalk replaced by Steve and his team about few days ago. I was very delighted with overall work. The overall experience was great from the time I talked to him first time to finish all the job. Steve is very knowledgeable and guided me every step. There was no sales pressure. Price was very reasonable. Quality of job was excellent. Once he gave time frame to get the job done, he got it done in the time frame. Engaging professionals. Steve Leslie the owner of "Good Guys Improvement" explained in detail the process of what would take place during the construction of our concrete pad.
