Outstanding service experience! Our stand alone freezer was not working. We left a voicemail at 8 am. At 8:45 Vladimir returned our call and we set an appointment for early afternoon, and agreed that he would call when he was near our home. He fulfilled that promise and arrived at the agreed time. Vladimir diagnosed the problem, and worked diligently to effect the repair, all the while keeping us informed. He was considerate and took care to help move the thawing items to our cooler. We should note that much of the repair involved removing a heavy build of ice in the freezer, and that was hard work. The charge was more than reasonable. Our ice maker suddenly quit working in our Whirlpool refrigerator. I looked up a business with good reviews and Good Hands Appliance came up. We scheduled for the following day but then I got a call from Vladimir saying he was only 10 minutes away so he could stop by. After checking it, he suggested we unplug our fridge for ten minutes and hopefully we would get ice again 2-3 hours later. If not, we could let him know and he would stop by the following day. His advice worked! We have ice again! To top it off, Vladimir did not charge us since he was close and there was no issue he could see without taking it apart. He was so nice and very professional. I WILL call Good Hands again if and when we need an appliance fixed!
