Don't like writing bad reviews but they had their chance to make it right. Been using them for 3 years. Maybe 10 visits no one was able to explain aux heating system. Last visit a tech showed up under the influence and told me I didnt have aux heat and heat pump couldn't keep up with cold. Well the next day was 48 degrees and had same problem. Well I used a competitor and within 2 min he shined an infrared gun on ceiling and said there's your aux. he also fixed an easy wire that wasn't communicating with heat pump. Easy peasy. Plus showing up smelling like alcohol is unprofessional and inappropriate. Constant wrong info. They said owner would call me to explain. Never did. Instead they sent me a bill for service. I'll pay it but that's the last of them. Way too many options to treat your c

I had an air conditioning issue and they sent someone out almost immediately. The tech was super friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. I highly recommend them!

Mr. Martinelli and Margaret are close to angels you will ever meet. Years ago when I didn't have hot water for 5 years he helped me with a hot water heater knowing I couldn't afford one I didn't even have running water in my kitchen because I had no kitchen. I couldn't keep up with the house repairs because of no money. Unfortunately after my husband died and my mom at the same time I lost everything and eventually my house and became homeless but I will always remember how he was there for me and Margaret Mr. Martinelli is a strict person but with a big hearrt. Goodhill is the only team I would ever use for my HVAC repairs! They are simply the best in regards to professionalism and quality of work. The service group is extremely busy and there is a reason for that. Because customers like myself who have them for 17 years keep coming back when needed. Extremely reliable, great technicians and extremely knowledgeable with all systems.

We are new to town. Timely, professional, and honest. Got job done to fix our AC quick and at reasonable price. Could not ask for more. They 100 percent did not take advantage of my lack of HVAC knowledge to do more work and charge more.
