Goodnews Pest control technicians were all professional and respectful. Mason, Vatellie and Josh serviced my home for a Rodent problem. Josh serviced the home the majority of time. He was able to work with my work schedule with appoitment times and I really did appreciate that. Kevin was the first emoloyee who evaluated the situation and assisted during the time if I was having problems. He always called back promptly. I would definetly use Good news again. The company has a great group of employees.

We have been using Good News for years and when my employer had a pest problem, they took my advice and called Good news. However, my most recent experience was with a technician named Matt. He came to the house and resolved a problem in 5 minutes that another type of vendor could not resolve in multiple visits. This was a service I did not even know Good News performed but I was desperate so I gave them a try and BOOM! Matt solved the case and resolved it quickly. Thank you again for years of great service
