I can't say enough good things about Good Shepherd. I was having a lot of trouble getting quotes for a fence teardown and replacement in Lafayette. Sean went out of his way to come up to Lafayette from Indianapolis to give a quote and talk about options. It was a no brainer to work with Sean and Good Shepherd. From start to finish, their communication was top notch; nothing slipped through the cracks and they kept me informed the whole time. They were super flexible with scheduling even though the job was in Lafayette. The install crew showed up on time and were very kind and professional. Quality is top tier, service for the install was quick but professional. We had some communication things to work out ( mainly my end, not really knowing everything needed) but overall my advisor was great and the two installers for the gate motor had the best attitudes, understanding and professional. Gave me manuals to read up on but also walked me through all the settings I could use. The installer's for both the fence and gate motor cleaned up all trash and left my lot looking better than expected. I will definitely use them again for service needs for both of my gates. 10/23/25 update Called to have my manual gate catch replaced with a wide catch this morning and they were out to change the part out promptly. We saved for many months to afford to have a specific fence installed at our home. Good Shepherd came out to install this fence, with all of its challenges, and did a wonderful job. There were a few problems during installation but Good Shepherd, together with Tristan and John and their teams of installers, worked hard to resolve them and get things on track. Good Shepherd recently installed a 36" Cedar Shadowbox Fence with two walk gates set in concrete, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The installation crew — Marquese, Daniel, and Fred — did a wonderful job. They were professional, efficient, and made sure everything was cleaned up perfectly afterward.
