I initially felt great about this company when I contacted them for a move-in cleaning. They quickly arranged a day to meet my Realtor and provide an estimate, which was a relief since we were moving from out of state. However, as the process unfolded, I became quite disappointed. The cleaning was canceled due to inclement weather, which I understood, but the only notification I received was an email—no call or text. When I tried to contact them, their voicemail was full. While they rescheduled promptly, the communication continued to be an issue. After the cleaning, I had to reach out to find out how it went and didn’t receive a response for several days. Amber supports businesses that intimidate and threaten to doxx customers. She lacks general professionalism and will argue and fight over any kind of bad review. She has an inability to simply take a bad review and move on. She reminds me of that famous jake and amy’s bakery from gordon ramsey’s kitchen nightmares. Dont do business with her unless you want a rude and inflammatory response over any kind of frustration with her company’s service. It’s astounding she claims to be progressive and is involved in progressive orgs but time and time again shows she often practices her business with the same viciousness that the trumps of the world do.

Amber’s handling of criticism and her public stance on customer disputes are concerning. In my experience, she becomes argumentative and inflammatory when faced with negative feedback instead of responding professionally or de-escalating. Separately, I have also seen her publicly defend/support other businesses (or owners) who respond to bad reviews in ways I consider inappropriate—including rhetoric about involving police and sharing a customer’s personal information. That posture is a red flag to me. This is especially disappointing given that she presents herself as values-driven/progressive. I don't even know where to start with this company. I had two cleaners come out yesterday for a deep clean. They were here for over six hours when I was told it would take no more than five. I was fine with them being here, but when they left, I noticed the back door handle to the sliding door was filthy. The floors were filthy. The track to the sliding door was filthy and lots of other things, including the stainless steel appliances have lots of streaks. I emailed the company and let them know the situation and also sent them pictures. This morning I got an email that basically said they ran out of cleaning rags, and that my shower took them longer than they planned because of the hard water which the owner had done a walk-through and knew of before hand. I called Good Witches for help with cleaning 2 bathrooms through their Helping Hands service. They got me scheduled promptly with Donna and she did an excellent job. Honestly, my toilet bowls have never been this clean. She managed to remove all the limescale I hadn’t been able to get off for years. I'm very happy with her work.
