Goodall Pools was generally speaking efficient and helpful. They were at our house for 5-6 days with numerous crews, equipment, and staff to install the pool. We appreciate their hard work and effort. However, on the morning of day 2, i was notified that they needed to dig deeper than anticipated and this would require more time and "fill". I was told it could cost as much as $20,000 additional to dig deeper, bring fill, and haul away numerous trucks of dirt. This already being an expensive project to me, the home owner, I informed them this was well beyond my possible budget. in the moment, we agreed to an additional $6000 to see this project through as they could save money by keeping all ten dump trucks or more of dirt on the property, basically create a new yard. We had another pool company taking care of our pool, which is an inground gunite freshwater pool. They never told us when they were coming, and would just show up in our backyard at our pool and start doing things. Needless to say, that got old quickly and I put a lock on the fence door and we stopped using them. Anyway, very quickly algae started to form all around the pool not long after we stopped using the other company. It literally became a swamp! So, my search and education began, and Goodall Pools has been excellent from the day I spoke to Louise on the phone to how quickly they fixed our problem. See before and after pictures below, Goodall did that in 2 visits! Brian came out and evaluated the pool and a week later Dylan came out and made our pool look like the second picture.

I highly recommend Goodall Pools & Spas. I bought a Sundance Cameo hot tub there. After several months of checking out many spa dealers and many different types of hot tubs, I decided to purchase through Goodall. They delivered my hot tub on schedule, set it up and showed me everything. I need to know. I then took advantage of a chemical sale to purchase my spa chemicals. Their staff were patient, attentive, and the whole experience was amazing.

Amazing pool company! They came to our aid to replace our worn liner. Had the pleasure to meet Bob the owner and Andrea in scheduling new projects! I highly recommend both of them if you’re looking for a new pool or just updating your old one. Very knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way in the process. If I could give them 6 stars I would!!

Goodall re-did our pool at the beginning of the summer. We did run into a few glitches (which I was told might happen) Andrea was there every step of the way, and throughout the summer when I had questions, she always answered, even though her sale was done. I could not be happier with my new pool, but more importantly the customer service I’ve received from Andrea barker!
