Ive previously given 5 stars because of Noah. They dont tell you them coming out for roaches is ONLY a three session job. If they continue coming out after that it is for general pest control NOT roaches. Which makes zero sense if your only problem is roaches AND you get penalized for canceling early. None of it makes sense. What do you THINK you’re spraying for as colonies build up in my house? I also have ants which have not gone away with anything but big box store product. Then what WERE they spraying for??? What a joke. Just DIY it! Ive been with them sense 2023 so basically money straight down tge drain. I asked for a cancellation receipt and the manager says “you can trust me”. Lol i said i want a receipt and he says sure ill send over a handwritten cancellation. Shady.

Got cut off in traffic on my way to work this morning by a guy in a yellow truck with this company on it. Made me miss a light.

Noah from Good Bye Bugs is an awesome technician. He is honest and extremely knowledgeable about pest control. Each time he comes out he goes over and beyond. The bugs retreat because Noah is quick on his feet. I am happy to say Good Bye to the Bugs!

Been very pleased with their service. Love the texts to advise us when they are coming. Straight forward billing too. Big deal as many others do not tell it straight.

Great people Great Company! Very thorough, asks questions, makes sure there are no problems and everything is OK. Makes sure everything is done right. Always let's me know when to expect them. Couldn't be happier!
