Goodman Air Conditioning Heating & Appliance

I’m contacted this company office five days and told they would call me back to let me know simply where I was on the waiting list, I’ve received crickets! Told wonderful things about this company. I was looking forward to having a pleasant experience and I understand it is the beginning of summer and everybody needs a work but a simple return phone call……

I called after Goodman was recommended and was greeted with a very rude, shorty answered, fella that just “probably not” be able to service my 2 units in the lake area. Business must be so great they don’t need new clients in the area!

Called them about low freon and a possible leak, they came out, were there for less than 15 minutes, added freon, and didn't bother to check for a leak, now I'm out hundreds of dollars and still have the same problem (hot blowing ac) 2 weeks later. Granted, I was at work, so I couldn't say what didn't need to be said. My wife was home, but ac pros should know better. If a system is low, there is a reason.

My MIL, who is elderly, used Goodmans numerous times due to her heat not working. When they finally would come out their typical response was - all's fine, there's nothing wrong. Well, when something doesn't work consistently and it should, something is wrong. We finally got another company to come out, they did a troubleshoot over the phone with her cousin (which saved her a service call and money), they figured out the issue and ordered the part. All of this within days and it's finally fixed! There is no excuse for allowing what happened to happen. She spent continuous money on a problem that was never solved.
