Heads up to all drivers picking up at this location. They will not load you if your trailer is not extremely clean or if it has any odor to it at all. We’ve had a bunch of our drivers rejected by this place because they claimed our trailers stunk. After checking in and waiting for a doc for an hour they called me and told me they sent someone out to inspect my trailer and they smelled an odor so their rejecting my trailer. It was 110 degrees that day and it started pouring down rain after I had opened my doors. I went back there and smelled the trailer myself after they called and told me that and I didn’t smell anything. But that doesn’t matter because they had already rejected me. So you need to make sure your trailer doesn’t have any odor to it at all or they will reject you and not loa

My sister Gloria Nelson lives in Ontario California. My sister’s air conditioning unit purchased from Goodman Manufacturing stopped working on May 11. The unit, purchased in 2022, has a 10 year warranty. The company did not replace the unit but back ordered parts. My sister, who is 73 years old, went without AC for 111 days. The part was finally installed on August 30. In this span of 111 days my sister suffered various physical and mental challenges including the death of her little dog who could not withstand the 90+ degree heat

I asked and their hours of operation are 7am-3:30pm. I came by here the day before and it was closed at 6pm. Jus fyi there are no signs or anything posted. But that GATE is the entrance. So far ive been sitting here for an 1hr barely started being loaded. Good luck Hope this helps. Check in at the very first ramp.

Lazy and don’t want to work ! If trailer has any scent or dirt they refuse to load !! Poor excuse for employees !!
