They responded on the weekend when called when my a/c united had issues. They traveled outside their immediate area to Come out and fix my issue promptly and professionally. Will definitely use Goodson Mechanical in the future.

Great service! Our heater went out over the weekend and Goodson Mechanical was able to fit us into their schedule early Monday morning before the impending sub freezing weather we were expecting. The tech explained what the issue was and corrected it quickly! He also gave us tips for basic maintenance and cleaning we could do ourself since our system was quite old (23yrs). If you’re ever having HVAC issues, I would highly recommend hiring Goodson Mechanical. Quick, reliable and trustworthy service!

Very professional & knowledgeable. We were told our ac needed to be replaced as it was leaking & not cooling very well. Jim came Out the same day & quickly found the problem. Highly recommend!

I used Goodson Mechanical for a new install and found the whole process (which took over two years) to be a complete nightmare and was very disappointed in the level of knowledge and attention to detail that the owner and his crew had. Along the way, just about everything that can be done wrong was done wrong. It was incredibly exhausting trying to get the owner to fix his mistakes over the two years which to this day still has not been completed.

First freeze warning of the fall/winter and our heater quit on us. I called Jim with Goodson Mechanical, response time was so quick. Always professional and he knew exactly how to resolve our problems. He took his time and didn’t rush through the job. Very thankful to have such a reliable company to call in our time of need!!!
