Goodwill Store – Orange Grove

This is the worst goodwill I have ever been in. I went there today and I found something that had not had a price tag on it and she told me she couldn’t sale it to me. It’s ashamed that you guys get all this stuff for free but couldn’t even sale something to me because it didn’t have a price tag. I would have gave you zero stars but as I couldn’t do that I guess the one star will do. All I can say is do better because I’m never coming back. It’s never that serious as to where you couldn’t even let me have it because there was no price tag.. that’s where you tell me a price and I would had gotten it but instead you lost a customer that came there regularly over something so stupid…

I’ve never been to this goodwill. This was my first visit. I traveled from Hattiesburg, so I had to go to the bathroom. I had to wait on an escort to go to the back where the bathroom is. That was interesting experience. I found a few things. Checked out an then went next door to check out the outlet. There were people rummaging around the wooden bins, like children in a sandbox. It was awkward. I didn’t find much. But that’s just me. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Everything was priced reasonably.

I love thrifting n goodwill got great options but there's this one worker there that firstly accused me of stealing and then on a separate occasion she came to the register I was being a ringed up at (mind u the worker there was fine, I had a lot of stuff but there wasn't a line and I was helping take the hangers off) then she proceeded to berate me, the customer for not helping (even though I was helping AND it's not even my job but I still was helping) she seemed nice to everyone else but I simply didn't like her demeanor towards me, I will admit she soften up later but still her initial treatment towards me should not have happened to begin with. Her name was Jamie if I'm not mistaken.

Don't go to Goodwill especially in Gulfport right now because they have Sam's shirts for 13.00 dollars the price marking I guess the manager there and director are out of their minds. Seriously come on EVERYTHING IS DONATED AND YET YOU MARK YOUR PROCES RIDICULOUSLY HIGH.Yes I have emailed the CEO AS WELL. This is why I do NOT DONATE AT GOODWILL. I will BE FILING A COMPLAINT with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE STATE ATTORNEY as Especially the Gulfport, Mississippi HWY 49 STORE ARE MARKING CLOTHES SO HIGH i recently saw a Walmart shirt that sells 4.99 at Walmart for 6.98 So a DONATED WALMART SHIRT GOODWILL IS SELLING FOR MORE THAN WALMART STORE SHIRT THAT IS BRAMD NEW. THIS WHY I DO NOT DONATE THEIR AND. SPREADING THE WORD. MAY EVEN HET A BILLBOARD ADVISING EVERYONE NOT TO OR PROTEST A

The last time I was in this store, the prices had increased to a ridiculous high cost. I did not go back. I go to the Salvation Army Store and they have great deals!
