Goodwin Brothers Construction

I have seen the Goodwin crew in action at Cabot Citrus Farms on highway 98 by SR 589. They were really skilled at that they were doing. I saw them doing excavation, site grading, road bed setting, and some paving. They look to be a good crew.

You never finished the job off california st in Tangerine estates for 2 yrs..I've been writing you! Yous put in a nice sidewalk from Melbourne to powell but you forgot to fill in the potholes art the end of each road connecting to the next sidewalk!..just fill it with dirt or cement please..for 2 yrs kids been tripping in it on way yo school in dark as there's no lights to see n cars front n back tires always pinch in it..PLEASE FIX IT..THANKS!

This company does not take responsibility for the personal property of others they damage. Made multiple calls to this company with no response and then only to get a response 1-1/2 weeks later saying they take no responsibility to fixing personal property they damaged the property across from a builder's lot that they were dumping fill dirt into with their dump trucks. Personal property was damaged by one of their employees and they take no ownership of it. There was plenty of room to make their dumps without driving on the personal property of other houses near the work site. The owner takes no ownership of what his employees do. Its a shame to run a business this way!

The earth prep project at Cloverleaf Farms is a nightmare. They Sar they will fix things yet it has been ywo years now and getting worse every rain 2 hoises destroyed 12 lots damaged on the first year and now a dozen moreover that you can't even walk in your back yard because of ay silt that is slipperier then Greece. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

This company decides to do road work on California St in the middle of the afternoon with 2 schools in that area. Traffic is a mess. There is no reason why it can't be done at night. Last week there was a sign saying that stretch of road was closed after 8pm. They never did any work while that sign was up. This company is an unprofessional joke of a company
