Definitely not open 24 hours. We couldn’t get inside to get to our car. The number on the building that says to call for assistance is out of service. The only way we got our car is because someone was leaving. Don’t park here!
NOT 24 hours No person in the building? Phone number on this Google page and on the website lead to a corporate office, instead of anyone who can actually be helpful when your car gets LOCKED IN. No signs anywhere that say the garage closes at 10pm.
Worst parking experience in Hartford. The stairs were not clearly marked and we were forced to exit through an emergency exit just to gain access to the street. After returning from our event at the XL center the entrance door was locked.
Not 24 hours. Garage closed.
