I hired Goodwin Plumbing to assess an issue I had with what I originally thought, was my water heater. Based on just describing my issue, they identified the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. Their work conduct and ethic was outstanding, their prices are lovely and the handywork they did left a good impression on me. These are people I can trust and want to do business with in the future. The workers are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and knew exactly what they were doing and how to fix the problem. Found out I had a leak in my underground pipes to the water meter. They came the next morning and were able to find the leak without having to dig up my entire yard. They found the leak, dug the hole, fixed the issue with my pipe, and filled the hole back in with dirt in less than two hours. The men that came out were really friendly and explained to me exactly what had busted and and why then showed me pictures they had taken.

Charged way too much. Costed $490 to change out two fittings. They even had to come back out to repair the original work they done because it was still leaking. Gave no receipt of the work to show what they charged for.

I had a major plumbing issue and I spoke to them on Wednesday morning and was told that they could possibly get somebody there late Thursday, but definitely Friday. Friday came nobody showed, I called they were out of town and said they couldn't get here until Saturday possibly. I have to call Another plumber.

Was told multiple times by Patrick Goodwin that job would be started immediately, even given a date and time. No one showed up, no one called to reschedule.
