Tech said hotwell was fixed after 2 plus months. Went to fill with water and leaked. Ran out to the parking lot to get tech to come back in, he said he didn't touch where leaking and kept driving. The new part that he supposedly fixed still does not work either. Called the company, dispatcher was rude. Supposedly couldn't get ahold of tech to turn around, but would call me shortly. Never received a phone call back. Poor service all the way around.

Called them to fix a leaking freezer. Tech came out to look at and said there was nothing he could do and suggested I just patch it with silicone and some flashing. Received an invoice for $200. Called to complain and all they could do was credit me for the 45 minutes that he said he was there. Tech was actually in my place of business for no more than 15 minutes. He sat in his truck for the rest of the time. Still have to pay the $150 for techs drive time and service call fee. I always thought the service call was to cover the tech traveling to and from location. I would be embarrassed to charge this much and not do anything. Worst company I have ever worked with. No issues with technicians but management is pathetic. They lied about when parts were received and when I showed them proof of delivery, they made excuses. Office manager Jen Nordheus never called me back after 4 or 5 phone messages so I drove over there and spoke with the service manager Randy and he lied to my face said he would follow up and never did and didn't return calls. This company refuses to service our businesses. Worst customer service ever!

Techs are horrible at driving. Watched one near spirit lake almost force an elderly lady off the road. Says a lot about their ethics and "their sense of responsibility"
