Pro's! Absolutely the best. They didn't just go in and replace expensive parts. They figured out the issue, set up their rig and pulled the well pump out to the bleeder "T" plugged it, Didn't need with new system I was running, and got me going that day. Pricing was extremely affordable.

Would give zero stars if I could. Poor communication skills between the office and the crews. Had to wait over a week for them to come and finish the entire job. Will be going with another company in the future because of the hassle. The septic side was even worse than the water well. Was told a simple hookup would be completed ASAP, however the job wasn't finished AND no one bothered to contact me to let me know the job wasn't done. Currently still waiting for the septic crew to finish the hook up job. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Update: Peeked at the newly installed pump. The specs didn’t match up to the paperwork we had, so a phone call was made to the office. Come to find out “some how” the pump installed was the wrong one. My mother in law passed and the day after our water well pump went out. We called and we were quoted $1250. On the day they were supposed to come out, we found out that we were misquoted and it would actually be $2000. Upon their arrival they treated us with care and replaced the pipes and pump but the price went up to $2858.80. We payed half that day and half at the end of the month. We were happy to have water again. Only downfall is that our kitchen water pressure is not the same and our back toilet does not work correctly. Thank you for helping us ! We have an older galvanized well system and Goolsby is one of the only places that work on them. Not knowing this, I called another local company first and they showed up, apparently were incorrect in their diagnostic, and told us even if they could fix it we were looking at about a $800 job. After that we called Goolsby and they came out and fixed it for about $160 so I'm truly thankful for their expertise. They were very upfront and honest during the whole process. I highly recommend them!
