Total freaking rip off. Parked my car here, next to the Roosevelt hotel, at the suggestion of our condo manager who said it was $20 a day which is what the sign at the entrance said. Parked it there at 130 PM on a Wednesday and picked it up prior to 1100 AM the following Friday. The guy charged me $80 for less than 3 days and said I was lucky, that if I had parked it there on Friday, it would have been $100 a day. This place is a complete and total rip off and totally unethical. From now on, I park it where I use to park....

This parking garage is a sham. False advertising should be a crime. They will rip you off and there's nothing you can do about it. Please for the love of God, don't park here!!!!! Edit to add: Hancock Whitney Bank should disavow Lanier Parking for their corrupt business practices and cut ties with them. It's a bad look for the bank.

I parked there for 2 nights paid a $100 they broken In my truck stole a $500 GPS the Manger sent me the videos of the 2 guys in my truck and they won't do anything about it they were supposed to return the $100 for parking and the manager of this establishment kept lying to me now I live in California so I don't want people to park there are unaware of the theft that they leave going on

I love all the little small delicatessen that are available on the ground floor of this building. It's a sandwich lovers heaven.
