Wow . What can I say.. I give it to the men and women of go raliegh tranit. They always have there work cut out for them . . So can't complain .I've I'm always glad when a bus shows up up on time or a driver does make that extra effort to stop and get you even though the bus is slammed full. Thanks go raliegh . I appreciate your dedication.

Lots of police, but even more aggressive homeless people/gangbangers trying to sell drugs or make trouble........on a weekday......in the middle of the afternoon. I thought this would be a decent area being only a few blocks from the capitol, but it's a rough area despite a lot of nice businesses in the area. I was across the street in the park during the daytime and it didn't feel safe in the slightest. Really disappointing that this is what the state is a few blocks from the capitol building.

Decided to take a trip downtown on a weekend, had there had a great time. When I got to tge bus station at around 730 pm my bus never came, in fact, two scheduled buses did not come, I asked the supervisor repeatedly about the delay, he said it would be coming. After bout 930 I finally found him and ask why the bus never came he finally said they couldn't find a driver. So there I was, a disabled veteran walking all the damn way to Buck Jones rd. Called the CAT bus customer service and asked to speak to a supervisor. Guess what week's and still haven't heard from them🤬 .The bus system has gone down drasticly. THEY NEED NEW SUPERVISORS.

So dirty and nasty all the time! People lingering that aren't commuting anywhere...place for people to hang out that got nowhere to go apparently..and they can't be decent enough pick up trash. It's sad. Makes downtown look so trashy. And the way people gather up on the Wilmington st entrance is really getting to be a nuisance and hard to get by the crowd that gathers there at times. Station could definitely use some deep cleaning but think they are lacking janitorial staff... if people would just put trash in trash cans..

The bus is free as for now. But the environment is not that good.
