Gordon's Service Experts

I’ve always had wonderful service from Gordon’s! Their local office staff is friendly and very knowledgeable of how to get you on the schedule quickly and affordably. The service I received today (11/18) was heater routine maintenance. My tech - Jose O. - arrived in the time window, and he texted updates on his arrival very timely. He was super professional in his presentation and explanations. He got my maintenance done quickly, and he did a wonderful job of telling/showing me what he did. His recommendations for maintenance (beyond what my contract covers) was very helpful. I’d gladly have Gordon’s send Jose back for any additional maintenance or repair. (I’ll note the price shown in this review is roughly half of my maintenance contract overall.)

Even though we purchased the Dave Lennox top of the line Signature Series "25 SEER" HVAC unit, it has continually leaked condensation down into the overflow drain pan and floor since 2021 when installed and has progressed more and more each year...and the last couple years leaking so much onto the attic floor(see attached photos) that it is producing mold with the continuous moisture dripping onto the floor. Last year it had collected so much condensation, it was running down into the distribution ducts and collected in the ducts. The tech's that came out last year, were just going around with their knife's and poking holes in the bottom of the ducts and letting the water just drain out onto the attic floor, and on down to the ceiling on the drywall. Today Gary showed up at my house to do my annual maintenance. I’ve been using this company over the past year and it has definitely had its ups and waaaay downs unfortunately. However, today Gary was very professional, had great communication as when he would arrive and what maintenance he would be performing. Happy to see the company is hiring some good people with knowledge and good customer service skills.

Mike B. helped with tankless water heater maintenance. The service and entire experience was great. He showed up on-time and finished on-time. Cost was as low or lower than the 4-5 other plumbing services I contacted. Mike also provided a lot of help and guidance on a future, large plumbing project I have planned. He was super helpful and informative. Overall it was an excellent, easy experience. Will be using Gordon's for a major plumbing project for a renovation we're doing and annually for ongoing water heater maintenance. Gary was absolutely amazing, we have a new furnace with Gordon’s installed Jan 2024, he came out today for our annual maintenance. From inspecting the unit, to cleaning and replacing filters, he did a phenomenal job. Would highly recommend, professional, timely, and all around great to work with. At the end he sat down and explained everything he did and let me know we are good to go for next year!
