Five Stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently called Gore Plumbing, Heating & Air to schedule a service call because my unit was acting up, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They sent Ethan P. out, and he was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He made reasonable recommendations, explained everything clearly, and even worked a bit past his normal hours to ensure my system was running smoothly before he left. This is a true family-owned and operated business that genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality service!

Schedule a simple connection, was told the first available appointment was 1 month out. Last Thursday I received a call for a Friday cancellation, I was working. On the Monday original date of service, no communication, I called back they said oh we can reschedule for tomorrow. Finally, Tuesday the day for fireplace connection. Technician walks in, 1 hour later than communicated the day prior (ok reasonable), immediately states “I won’t be able to help you at all today, we aren’t insured for vented systems.” Proceeds to charge me for $99 service charge. I will pay because everyone should be compensated for their time, however this is poor customer service that this wasn’t communicated in my one month of patiently waiting or my 5 phone calls to follow through with the appointment. Had an semi-anual service completed. The technician, Ethan, was very polite and did a very thorough job. He kept me informed throughout the process of what he was doing. He seems to really care about his job and doing a good job for the customer. I would highly recommend Ethan for any future jobs. Thank you for caring!!

Gore installed an Oxbox by Trane HVAC unit at our home 4 years ago. We've had a regular maintenence contract. No issues with the unit at the last check up roughly 6 months ago. We've had no issues. They came yesterday for regular check up under a paid contract. Again, WE'VE HAD NO ISSUES WITH THE UNIT. The guy doing the maintenance tells my husband we need a new capacitor. Then he tells my husband we need a new motor. Motor is under warranty but it's going to cost us $780.00 for 2 hours of labor essentially. That same evening, we went to set the temp to cool the house and nothing works. WE HAD NO ISSUES PRIOR TO THEM COMING OUT FOR REGULAR SERVICE. My guess is they did something to break the unit to create a situation where we now need a new capacitor and motor and now have a non-function

If you plan on purchasing a TuttoKool brand just be aware you will have the hardest time reaching customer service (I’ve never been able to speak with anyone) also you don’t get an actual copy of any warranty only a paper that states you have a warranty!! I’ve had this new unit less than 90 days and the board is not working, and due to there being a dead mouse in the pan and Gore saying the dead mouse decay caused “water damage” to the control board so it’s not covered. Quoted $1,600 to get a new board!!! 🤔 for a unit I had less than 90 days. Also my sump pump was disconnected when I had my dad go look behind the gentleman from Gore who came out. I’m currently having the new control board installed for $620 on this new unit. So just be mindful of this and other reviews. *** a mouse in a dr
