Responded quickly for the quote. They came out to treat the next day. Tech was friendly and quick. I’m not a pest expert but he seemed really knowledgeable. Very satisfied with the way they responded and how quickly they came out to do the job.

I scheduled them to come in the morning because I needed to leave for work in the early afternoon. They ended up showing up very late when I was in the middle of leaving for work. They sprayed the outside of my house for bugs, but I couldn't have them spray the inside because it wouldn't even have time to dry before I had to leave (and I have pets that I didn't want getting into the wet pesticide without me there to supervise). They originally promised a multi faceted approach to help me get rid of mice. But what they actually did was quickly set three bait stations and called it a day. And it wasn't even effective at getting rid of the mice. I felt like I got half a service. Because they sprayed the outside of my house but not the inside for bugs. Next door neighbors found evidence of termites and said I should get my house inspected. Tristan came out just 2 days later and was able to confirm my house had previously been treated for termites in the past (I didn’t even know that) and that there’s no active evidence of live termites. Huge peace of mind and the best part is he didn’t even charge me!

Dave came out for an inspection. He was very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. They will be who i contact for all my bug needs in the future.
