Gosselin Construction

Poor quality. No brackets for the support posts. They crudely hacked at the beams to make round and square pieces fit. Inadequate bolts, washers, or nuts for support. Improper mounting to the home frame. Weatherizing was opted out of, but poor quality cannot be counted as an issue due to that. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. I’m actually contacting the Better Business Bureau because of this. Completely unsafe and ridiculous. $30,000 and this is the result less than a decade later. Complete amateur frauds!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve had an amazing experience working with the gosslin on our new project. I’m extremely impressed by their concrete crew. From the youngest guy to the Forman they were very respectful and worked very hard. They did a very good job! Thank you gosslin brothers!!!

Two stars because the guys are friendly and they did a decent job on my shop’s hardiboard siding. However they did a horrible job on the concrete pour. I had cracks in my 6” slab almost immediately (even though I paid extra for rebar)… Do not use these guys for any concrete work!

This is more of an ethical rating on the business, as I live next door to the company. At first I was weary of a place construction company living next to us, but I have to say that the guys that work there are great, very friendly, and any time our ducks sneak over to their yard, the owner is courteous. They also are understanding when it comes to late night and early hours not making noise. It shows they care about others.

Have called to get a price quote for two separate jobs, two different occasions. I have left a detailed voice message with my return phone number, as nobody answers the phone. I have never gotten a return call. Maybe my job was to small, or maybe they are to busy, but for heaven sake they should darn well return a potential customer's phone call. I live in the same small community, so it's not like the job was to far away. Guy's, lesson to be learned, follow up with your customers even if you don't wish to secure a potential job that could grow into a grander scale....???? 🤔
