Got You Floored

As part of a year-long remodelling project, we planned to use wood flooring. Both our general contractor as well as our flooring supplier recommended Jeff, independently. The particular choice of wood was a challening one, as poor installation would have become evident. Jeff's team did a phenomenal job! Not only they exceed our expectations, both in terms of quality and time, but he was willing to make several recommendations that were additive to the look of the floor. His crew was incredibly professional, and we felt completely comfortable with their presence. We appreciate that he follow-up after the job was completed to make sure we were totally satisfied. He made suggestions I would have never thought of. I always get compliments on our floors, and especially our stairs. Jeff is great. During the consultation, he listened to all the requirements I wanted for the new flooring. He made suggestions based on the color scheme of the house as well as the best for quality and durability when you have a furry companion. He also helped to make sure there were no transitions needed between the various rooms. The floor just flows and makes the house look big. I interviewed several floor installers. Besides, doing an excellent job on the installation there was one requirement I had for the demolition. There were doggy pawprints on the old bamboo flooring from my previous fur baby.
