Dana was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful from the moment we walked into the showroom all the way through the final installation. She guided us through all the different types of stone and materials, helping us choose and coordinate the perfect selections for our kitchen, bathrooms, and bar area. Her eye for design and ability to tie everything together made the process smooth and enjoyable. Kris and her team are amazing. We did a full gut renovation of our kitchen in 2025 and after shopping around a few local cabinet places landed on Gotham. The design process was seamless with the Gotham team. Kris visited our site several times, pointed out a few corrections that needed to be made by our contractor and helped supervise the process the entire way through. When we encountered some electrical issues, she sent her husband out to our house to speak with our electricians and make sure they installed the puck lights for under our cabinets correctly. This is really a full service shop and I could not be more happy with our decision. We had a wonderful experience working with Kris on our kitchen renovation. She has an incredible eye for design and was there every step of the way in helping us make our dream kitchen a reality! We can say that our decision to work with Gotham Kitchen and Bath for our full kitchen renovation was one of the best experiences from beginning to end. From the preliminary design to the final design, we give a shout out to Odette , who listened and designed an incredible space , taking into consideration so many aspects (aesthetically and practically ). Dana and Kaylah were on top of everything and always available to answer any questions and took care of any problems right away with unparalleled customer service. One of the best decisions we made was to use their installation team headed by, Billy, who gave us good suggestions on the construction side and a fair estimate.
