Gothic Landscape

This company lacks accountability for their problems. Problems they have clearly ignored and play the ignorant card till the end. I work with HOAs and have seen them work in multiple sites. Always the same story. They are after a quick buck, and lack actual service. I have witness muiltiple proposal be signed by management and planted by Gothic only for the plant to die. They will make an excuse to get out of warranty, and not cover the death plants. Looking for landscape, irrigation , or services go elsewhere. They get a 2 for trying to recktify, but it's always to late.

I would strongly discourage putting your trust and money into this company for landscaping. We had Gothic Landscapers work on a commercial building for us and the work was exceptionally awful. When we spoke with our account manager, Edwin, he even admitted to rarely being on site and that he was embarrassed for the service (or lack of) being done. Not only did they leave the property looking untouched, the customer service was just as bad. Our account manager, would try to unlawfully charge us claiming they had been on site when tenants said they hadn't been in weeks and the lack of work proved that as well. I spoke with a truck full of employees and asked them if they trimed the bushes they said no. I asked them if they could they said yeah. I drew a 5-foot chalk Arrow at my bush and wrote "please trim" they never did. I then called their main office and talk to a very nice office desk lady who had their boss call me. Within a week my Bush was trimmed. The problem is it took two weeks for the boss to call. And another week to get it trimmed! Awesome boss, awesome office lady, lazy workers! 1800 e lakeshore

do a poor job of landscaping centerhouse homes in ontario or at least can say the side of the community where i live……terrible!!!!!!! update 1-7-25 probably the worse landscaping company, their employees run the show and work only when they want to, community keeps looking terrible and terrible…..

The workers should be out early in this heat but otherwise they are still working out there risking themselves as a big company you should be taking care of them a heat stroke is no joke
