As first time homeowners, this was our first experience with septic service. David had a full schedule but was able to attend to our tank the very next day. He was very helpful and informative. He went beyond his duties to assist us with answers to our questions. Very nice and friendly. I plan to call him again on a routine basis as needed.
Called it 8am on a Saturday morning after we discovered our septic tank was full. David was very easy to work with and was here in less than 2 hour's. Can't thank him enough..
Gotta Go exceeded my expectations. Came out quickly and pumped the tank. In our conversation about my problem he quickly identified the issue and told me how to correct it. Problem solved.
