Gottier Fuel Company Inc

I have been with Gottier Fuel for 6+ years now and they do not disappoint when it comes to customer service. Jen in the office is always so kind and helpful with her knowledge. She was able to get me on the schedule ASAP. I had an issue with my heating and a tech named Joe was sent out to repair the problem. He was so sweet and very helpful as he explained the repair needed each step of the way. Joe even made sure our cats were accounted for. So grateful that there are companies who truly value the customers. Great communication all around !

It's SuperBowl Sunday, and the family room isn't getting heat. It's not real cold inside, but no heat in the radiators, so I call the answering service and said I'd like a tech to come out early Monday morning. The overnight lows are close to 0F. Early that morning I got a call from their technician saying he was coming out after he finished with two other calls. "Hey, that's nice", I thought. I had no idea how nice. I had described my symptom as a probable failed zone valve, and in fact it was. But that is not all it was. The tech replaced the zone valve and no joy. He immediately started looking for a frozen pipe. I am sure that prospect is what the tech was thinking when he answered my call early. Fortunately for me, we got to the pipe in time and I was able to thaw it out wi

Boiler broke at the worst time possible. I was at work for 12 hr on a Sunday and came home to distaster. Called gottier the next day and jared on the phone dropped everything to come handle things. The next day a new boiler was installed and looks great. Thank you guys so much

Everyone at Gottier is always so pleasant and accommodating to deal with. We have been loyal to only them for over 15 years because of the consistant service they provide.

Needed a service call for a simple gurgling sound in the baseboard heat, and the technician was there in a matter of a couple of hours. Quick fix. Been a customer for 35 years! Very dependable and friendly service! The best in the area!
