I cannot say enough about my experience with this company. During a recent family hardship, my mother was scammed by a refrigerator repair person. When we realized we were scammed we called Gowen (who we should have called first, but my mother was not thinking clearly). The technician was empathetic and did his best to correct the problem. Super cool guy. They had to order a part and when he came back, he realized the scammer guy really did a number on our fridge and he could not fix it. Instead of trying to milk us for more money, he advised just buying a new one. I got the feeling that a less reputable company would have tried to just get more money from us. Our oven stopped working so we called Gowen's Appliance Repair and Andrew was sent the next day. He was very professional, friendly and got the job done in a timely fashion in replacing the oven igniter which had stopped working. He even helped me in finding the stovetop knobs I needed to replace. Gowen's has helped us in the past with great results and I will definitely be calling them again whenever I need their help. We had a stove that was not preheating. Andrew came out as scheduled, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had a repair part with him. The entire process took less than a hour. Services were very reasonably priced too.

Timely communications about the appointment. The technician, Andrew, was very informative and straightforward. Also, he had the added difficulty of a very confined space to work with. So overall we were very pleased and appreciate his expertise and feedback.
