Andrea, who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, she talked down to me and told me to “do better”. That’s not how you treat anybody. Very poor manners and zero professionalism

We had an issue with a GFI circuit that wasn’t working after a remodel. Andrea was awesome and went out of her way to get us on the schedule the same day. He came to our house and troubleshot the issue and came up with a resolution to get electricity to our bathrooms. Everything worked out better than I expected at a very reasonable price. They came to my rescue and they were all so helpful when I needed them the most,so I would have them come back again and not worry about when they were coming because they will come soon as possible and that makes a whole different situation when you need to now not next week.
