they were able to come out on the same day that my system went down. They were able to also locate the exact motor that was needed for my system, which saved me a ton of money in the short term and now it's working perfectly. They installed the product as soon as it arrived. They were in and out of my house quickly and we're very respectful.

My furnace wasn't working, I called and within a couple hours there was a service man knocking at the door, he found the issue replaced the part and the furnace was fixed. I was very please with the quick turn time. I would highly recommend GR Freeman.

We’ve relied on Freeman for years. They just came out to fix our 17 year old furnace that had been acting up. They were here for over an hour, they tested everything, found the problem, fixed it and didn’t charge us for more than the basic $69 service call. With a furnace that old, you expect repairs to be expensive. I really appreciate that they didn’t tell me I need a whole new furnace! They fix what’s broke and they don’t try and fix what isn’t! Five stars.

We’ve been with you guys since we added onto our house around 2000. I think it was John and Greg who were here during that time always on time did great work very clean workers. Now to the recent service I called in and reported the problem furnace not lighting. It seemed like it was about 15-20 minutes and your tech was on his way. I have used gr Freeman for my furnace installations since 2003. I have had three different systems installed in different houses, and have been very pleased with their services. They check my heating system and air conditioning system twice a year and change the filters every time. Service person always keeps me informed. Excellent company
