GR Parking

I reserved a spot thru SpotHero for Sunday day time. I was surprised it was so cheap, about $14 for up to 12 hours. They also had monthly parking. Oversized vehicles incurred additional charge. The entrance ramp is like an alley, easy to miss, luckily I had seen the pictures so I knew where to go. The lot was little dark and gloomy. But the attendant came right away and handed me the ticket. Upon coming back, the ticket was validated and payment was confirmed thru the app’s QR code. He brought the car in few minutes and we were on our way. The exit ramp was same as the entrance, that made me worried a bit. Fortunately no other cars were entering when we were leaving.

I had a terrible experience at .GR Parking now GGMC Garage -After parking my car, I discovered it had been damaged — scratched by their staff. The employees were completely unprofessional and unhelpful. When I reported the issue, they didn’t take accountability and offered no assistance or solution. I do not recommend using this garage if you care about your vehicle. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

My father left his car here and for some reason, it came back with scratches. They let another drive and damage the car or they did it themselves and did not disclose their mistake. Untrustworthy thieves

Very convenient place to park and so close to Bangladeshi St near Jackson Heights. The stuffs are also helpful and price is reasonable too.

Less than 1 star. We made a reservation with spot hero, the man was rude and said not my problem, call them, we’re full. Don’t recommend.
