Gra-Tac Heating & Cooling

Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly and explained things well. While there was an issue in how he handled communications, the follow-up call from Keith cleared everything up and was handled well. We have had a great experience with Gra-Tac in the three years of service with them and I feel confident that will continue as we move forward

Woke up on a Sunday to my heat not working, called gra-tac they put me in touch with Gavin , he came out Monday morning first thing and was very knowledgeable, respectful, and efficient. He had my unit up and running in about an hour. Answered all of my questions and then some! Very professional! I will definitely be using them in the future for all of my heating and AC needs!

Gavin has a great attitude and seemed very knowledgeable of the system. Unfortunately, we were unable to re-create the Error. I appreciate his time and assistance, and we will keep an eye on the system.
