The tech was courteous and pleasant to talk to. He explained why my floor heat wasn't working properly, which I greatly appreciated. He also was quite efficient in the short amount of time that he serviced my furnace. I will be calling them again in the future to service my A/C and furnace.

Amazing from the start to finish. They came out and explained all of our options to replace both furnace and air. Sent is 3 different price options and 2 weeks later they had it installed. It only took 1 day to complete. They did an awesome job , cleaned up everything . We would highly recommend. They also offer yearly maintenance service !

I’ve got 2 young kids and my family was in a bind when the A/C went out and needed to be replaced during a heat wave. Called around to a few places for quotes. Most of them were scheduled 2-3 weeks out including Graber. Shawn saw the predicament we were in and went out of his way to move things around and get help so we didn’t have to wait 2 weeks. Only took 2 days. They were the best quote I got and I didn’t have to haggle to get that price like all the other companies I called. They did quality work on even the little things like the drainage tube to the drain. I would have paid more for them to come out over their competitors simply due to their work ethic and honest pricing. It always seems like everybody's furnace goes out at the worst possible time. I had these guys in here on a weekend after hours replacing furnace, clean cut and professional. Polite professional with a smile on their face. Could not ask for anything better. I feel like this company went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.
