I want to share my gratitude for this incredible company. I was told by another provider that I needed thousands of dollars in repairs and a broken unit for a whole month as I wait for the part to arrive. I got a second opinion from Grace Heating and Cooling. I am so glad I did. From my very first call, Holly, the woman who helped me, was warm, patient, and genuinely caring. She took the time to listen to my concerns and scheduled a visit right away. When the technician, Isaac, arrived, he diagnosed the real issue, a small, simple fix, and reassured me that there was no leak or anything to fix. From our initial meeting with Tim Grace to the completion of installing our new Rheem HVAC systems we were very pleased with the service Grace Heating and Cooling provided. Their installers Stacy and Chris did an outstanding job. They were all knowledgeable and proficient in their work. AND, the timeline Tim set to complete the installation was met. I give Grace Heating and Cooling an excellent overall rating and would recommend them to my neighbors!

Great service at a fair price. They installed my room HVAC unit in the kitchen. Everyone was great to work with throughout the process, from estimate to install.

Very nice and courteous technician. He diagnosed and fixed our issue very quickly, explained what was done, and made sure we didnt have any questions or concerns. Everything has been working great ever since. They were very busy, as to be expected this time of year, but we still were able to get someone out in a reasonable amount of time (2 days) from when we called. They are our go to AC guys, always do good work.
