Grady Memorial Hospital Piedmont Parking Deck

As usual most emergency room are definitely busy but, Grady even doing all the extra things that are going on kids screaming crying adults arguing with the security on top of having a packed waiting area. The staff is so nice i work in the medical field my nerves would've been a mess. The way the staff from the front to the back are so caring for you omg just amazing 10 out of 10 Say you're an impatient person If you don't have time to really sit go see your doctor other than that just an amazing AMAZING staff.

Everyone who works at Grady are wonderful. The people would go out of their way to assist you. My son was there and his nurses took fantastic care of him.

Reviewing a parking garage seems like a waste of time but this one is pretty annoying. Fills up after 9am but there's no system to let the public safety officer downstairs know to close the gate and start diverting people before folks waste 15 or so minutes traveling the whole garage. The spots seem big enough that people shouldn't dent the cars next to them... But they do anyway. It doesn't matter if there's a review because you work at Grady/HS and you've got to park here anyway. C'est la vie

It's sad to say but even at our most emotional time here to visit our Mother who was flown in by helicopter from another state. The welcoming crew at the front desk was very rude and not helpful at all. We had Family members come from states all over to see our Mother which had suffered a stroke but there was no compassion at all from the front . The ICU staff however was amazing and most helpful so that gave us some comfort. If you work at a Hospital doing whatever they have to be kind , patient and understanding. Even though we have been well raised and Respectful to others it doesn't matter here. We are just thankful they had a bed for her and out of all five daughters we will definitely be here as long as our Mother is.

Grady is a wonderful place where I always receive great help for anything I may be dealing with. And the way everyone seems focused on wonderful customer service is just amazing. I mean wow. And their attitude towards working with you if you don't have insurance is Simply amazing- I mean amazing.
