I can't say enough great things about Grady Property Restoration and Bradley. After dealing with chronic health symptoms over the past few years and discovering that mold could be contributing to them, I had my home tested and found high levels of mold and mycotoxins. I spent a lot of time researching the right company, and Bradley truly stood out for his expertise in helping people with mold sensitivity and toxicity. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process- especially with the detailed Bioclean process after remediation and post-testing. His team was professional, thorough, and kind. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Grady, which says a lot when they’re dealing with emergency situations that create elevated stress levels for home owners. They came in same day to begin remediation work on my home. They did a great job tackling the problem and reducing damage, and they were very intentional about what portions of the home needed to be removed, reducing damage and overall costs there as well. Their crew was very courteous, and they cleaned up the effected area well. Seems strange to say it was a pleasure doing business with them under the circumstances (flooded home), but it really was. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing remediation services. Call Bradley-terrific guy!

7-8-2025. Grady Restoration has serviced my house on two different occasions for mold. Bradley went to work immediately. He recommended other services my situation would benefit from. We woke up to a basement that had standing water in multiple areas. I called Bradley and he was out assessing the destruction the same day. He was punctual, knowledgeable and kept communication open during this disaster. I cannot recommend him enough. His employees along with him came the next day and they were very kind, hard workers and got my basement ready for construction. They were extremely careful with my multitude of items located in the basement. I hope I never have to deal with a pipe leak again, but if I do, Bradley will be the one I call.
