I ordered from Graham on 6/6/2024 and received amazing service. I returned on 6/9/2024 to purchase more, as I had not ordered enough on my initial order. I placed my order and notice my deliver charge was different. I showed Amanda my receipt from my original purchase and asked what was the difference. She told me that whoever placed my order got it wrong. I asked what that meant for me as the customer, because it wasn’t my mistake. She stated, “ the problem is that when we refund money we are charged a fee.” Amanda is horrible at customer service and I would recommend the owners address her, as I won’t be purchasing here again and suggest anyone else thinking of purchasing here to purchase elsewhere.

Went there and ordered rock and have it delivered. The lady (if you what to call her one) said the rock looks a little different but didnt show me exactly where it was. When it was delivered, it looked nothing like the sample in the store. Then when I wanted my money back, she wouldnt give me back the delivery charge! To make a long story short, I will never, never, never, ever set foot in that place and suggest you dont either! Very unprofessional & rude, but the delivery guy was real cool. Went over to Fireman Rock & Nursery and the experience was like night & day!

I was happy with the service and attention Elaine (Sales) Lady took with my many question(s). I chose my rock only by conversing over the phone. Went in the next day to pay and to confirm my selection. Got 5 scopes delivered (by Lonnie) and turns out I need 5 more!!! I will be back soon, Thanks for the service!❤
